Telecommunications Direct Ltd 90 day Warranty provides for either exchange or full refund of qualifying merchandise.
 
 
This Telecommunications Direct Ltd Warranty program is valid only for the original consumer purchaser only. It will not cover physical and non-physical damages, which include accident, use of supplies or parts not meeting the product's specifications, misuse other software application, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or unauthorized product modification, removal, installation and set-up service charges by any third party, and failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
 
 
Our Telecommunications Direct Ltd Warranty services do not apply to any product that has had its serial / IMEI number altered, defaced or removed.

Any defect occurring after the expiration of the warranty period is not accepted.            

Before you return your items, you must contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted by us. The customer is responsible for the package until it arrives at our offices.

When a return is authorized, please ship the return item via an insured carrier and obtain a tracking number for your package. 

Telecommunications Direct Ltd will not be responsible for damages or loss incurred in shipping, we requested you securely pack the product in a box using bubbles wrap. Please return the entire defective product with all the accessories including original box. Missing items may cause the failure for the warranty procedure. Return shipping fee are our responsibility
 
 
We will cover the shipping fee for returning the terms to customers, it may take up to 3-5 workings day to process the warranty items.
